  • Supervised an 8-event traveling program with a team of 25 people in a four-state region. Responsibilities included program delivery, three-level direct mail event campaign, donor coordination, and event development.
  • Developed and maintained relationships with organizations and supporters to maximize their partnership with multiple non-profit mission-minded organizations.

Marketing / Advancement

  • Supervised the registration of 25,000 people annually, the graphic design of 1,350 projects each year, and the direction of simultaneous production schedules to effectively implement a marketing mix that increased sales.
  • Specific areas of expertise: data management, branding campaigns, publications, direct mail, market positioning, guest service programs, and hospitality management.
  • Developed and maintained relationships with 75 individual supporters to maximize their partnership with the ministry.

  • Aligned programs from the initial vision to implementation to the evaluation/improvement process.
  • Orchestrated both centralized and decentralized methodologies to various populations from large group applications to personalized settings for persons with disabilities.

Fiscal Responsibility

  • Directed a start-up mission-minded organization, and improved the operating margin by 25%.
  • Responsible for multi-million capital and operational budget – maintenance, staffing, building, promotions, program implementation, guest programs, and administrative costs.
  • Accountable for the operational marketing budget for a higher education institution as a third party external provider. Designed strategy to increase return on investment through measured marketing strategies to boost student enrollment by 33%.

Attention to Detail

  • Created a top-level opening day/closing day customer service program that provided an experience for 2,500 people in a 3-hour period. Areas of emphasis: guest welcoming, parking, transportation, registration, tours, product explanation, camper interaction, and orientation.
  • Known for being driven to provide excellence in a wide range of responsibilities including marketing tactics, personnel training, sales, direct mail, publications, timeline management, and customer service.
